OEN On-Air Board Meeting Notes

The purpose of the meeting was to get a vote from the Board members to confirm the appointment of an OEN Secretary. W7DPS had volunteered to take the position. There were no other nominations or volunteers for the position during the meeting.

A quorum of the ten voting members was present for the meeting:

• NW area director, AE7CJ John
• NE area director, KD7HB Paul
• SE area director, K7RDP John
• SW area director and Net Database Manager, AI7JN Rick
• At large director and chairman, W7EV Eric
• Webmaster, W7DPS Harold

The vote was unanimous in favor of confirmation.

Harold promised to write up and publish the meeting minutes for this and the previous 2 meetings. Harold published an updated contact list that same night. The bylaws are ready for publication, and Harold is still working on the operational guidelines and the preamble.

There was no other business or comment from anyone.
